Please read carefully, by purchasing a membership or paying tuition for a class you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions:
UNLIMITED FITNESS MEMBERSHIPS - Unlimited memberships provide unlimited access to ZUMBA, Line Dance, and Fitness related classes as outlined in the Fitness schedule for a single person. Dance Lessons are separate programs requiring separate tuition payments. Unlimited Memberships have no cash value and are nonrefundable and non transferable.
AUTOMATIC PAYMENT AGREEMENT – You agree that by using the automatic payment service you will be responsible for tracking your usage and giving notification to Mambo2Fitness to stop payments when you wish to discontinue the service. You agree that Mambo2Fitness is not responsible for tracking your usage or intended usage of the membership. You agree that the minimum term on Automatic Payment subscriptions is ONE month. So long as the frequency and dollar amount of payments remains the same, no notice of payments due will be furnished while the Agreement is in effect, except, if any charge pursuant to this agreement is not paid, Mambo2Fitness will send notice of past due payments.
This Agreement shall remain in effect until you provide written notice of termination to Mambo2Fitness. YOU AGREE THAT Automatic Payment cancelations stop future payments but no refunds can be given for payments already made. Cancelations can be made by sending an email to zumba@mambo2fitness.com requesting the payments be stopped. DO NOT SEND TEXTS, FACEBOOK MESSAGES, ETC, USE the email provided or a written notice mailed or hand delivered to 4325 FM 2351 Suite 140 Friendswood TX 77546. Please allow 3 business days for the transaction to be processed. Please understand that our partners with The Dance Craze will not be able to assist with Mambo2Fitness cancelations and will refer you to contact Mambo2Fitness via email.
TERMS OF RENEWAL - Your renewal date is the same date you started payments. For example if you started on January 15th your renewal date will be the 15th of every month and notice to cancel should be given at least 3 business days prior to the 15th to ensure payments can be stopped before the next charge. It is important to note that no refunds can be made and it is your responsibility to provide proper notice to stop payments. If you are not on automatic payments any renewals will be added to the end of your previous membership unless you notify us that you are not coming for a period.
DANCE LESSONS - Dance Lessons are separate programs and are not available using an Unlimited Fitness Membership. Dance tuitions are set by the individual instructors and paid at the beginning of the session. The tuition covers classes as outlined in the specific program announcement. Registration can be made on the first or second class of the session but is the same price.
